It’s no secret that the massive use of gasoline-powered vehicles is destroying the environment. There are companies out there that are dedicated to the preservation of the environment and investing millions, if not billions, into research and development of more environmentally-friendly ways to power vehicles. Ford is one of the auto manufacturing companies at the very forefront of these technologies and has met goal after goal to lower their carbon footprint as a powerful company.
With that in mind, the new Ford C-MAX Energi plug-in hybrid will go on sale this fall, and will be a leader in fuel- and environment-saving technology. Recently, the price for the new C-MAX was announced, and the fact that it qualifies for the federal tax credit, plus others depending on the area you live in.
With the federal tax credit, this new plug-in hybrid will be available, brand new for under 30K. This price beats out cars like the Volt and Prius.
